 The Matching Process

At YESI, we recognize the significance of connecting students with college programs that align with their academic profile and aspirations. Our team of mentors comprises college students and graduates from Malawian public universities. Here’s how the matching process will unfold:

  1. Submission Review: Once students submit their MSCE grades and preferences, our team of experienced mentors will carefully review the information provided.
  2. Manual Matching: Mentors will manually analyze students’ grades, interests, and preferences to identify suitable college programs.
  3. Personalized Recommendations: Each student will receive six college program recommendations tailored to their academic achievements and future aspirations, leveraging the expertise and insights of our mentors.
  4. Feedback and Adjustments: Feedback mechanisms will be in place to assess the effectiveness of program matches. If adjustments are needed, our mentors will work diligently to ensure students are connected with the most suitable college programs.

Through our meticulous matching process, we aim to empower students to make informed decisions about their higher education journey, ultimately leading to success in their chosen academic paths.
